Trial Strategies
I have attended significant portions of most of Judge Albright's patent trials (jury selection, opening statements, many witnesses, and closing arguments), and have had three trials before Judge Albright. I can provide your team with helpful insights.

About me
I have over 30 years experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property. From very large patent lawsuits, to trademark and copyright disputes, to contentious trade secret cases, to complex licensing deals, to creative IP business strategies. I have enjoyed working on a variety of technologies, including semiconductor, oil & gas, computer hardware, software, telecom, medical devices, among several others.

I am very lucky to have a wonderful wife and three grown boys. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, sailing, triathlons, skydiving, and being a CASA volunteer.
